Designed for Citizens

TRIDENT reduces repeated identity checks, separate accounts, document uploads and unnecessary visits. For example, a citizen can use their TRIDENT identity to complete eligible steps in a change-of-address or voter application journey online, where the service supports it.

The same identity works through whichever channel suits the moment: online, from a smartphone, or in person with the TRIDENT ID Card.

Ready for Services

Ministries, departments and agencies can integrate TRIDENT into new and existing services. Shared capabilities support secure access, verified information, approvals and signatures, helping institutions modernise service delivery without building separate trust infrastructure for every application.

Adoption is progressive. A service can begin with a single capability at one point in an existing journey and extend from there, rather than being rebuilt first.
