TRIDENT supports trusted digital signing capabilities that allow users to approve transactions and sign eligible documents electronically.
What services can I access with TRIDENT?
TRIDENT will progressively enable access to participating Government and authorized digital services through a secure and trusted identity experience.
What is Mobile ID?
Mobile ID enables you to use your TRIDENT identity on your mobile device for secure authentication and transaction approval.
How do I get my Digital Identity?
You can obtain your Digital Identity through an approved registration process. Follow the onboarding steps provided by your identity provider to verify your identity and activate your credentials.

TRIDENT is a digital identity ecosystem that enables secure authentication, digital credentials, and trusted identity services for citizens, organizations, and service providers.
How long does it take to issue a digital signature?
Digital identity services will be introduced progressively through the TRIDENT programme. Citizens and residents will be able to access information about registration, activation and available identity services through official TRIDENT channels as they become available.
Can I file complaints anonymously?
Yes. The complaint portal supports anonymous submissions. Keep in mind that anonymous complaints limit the Authority's ability to request additional evidence or notify you about the outcome. For complex cases we recommend identifying yourself and using the secure inbox to keep the conversation private.
Is my personal information secure?
Yes. TRIDENT is built with privacy and security at its core, giving users control over their personal data and ensuring information is shared only with consent.
What licence covers the Open Data Catalogue?
All datasets are released under an open licence that allows reuse for any purpose, including commercial use, provided the source is credited. The licence text is available on the catalogue home page and on each dataset's metadata sheet.
How do I report a cybersecurity incident?
Use the 24/7 incident reporting line listed on the contact page or submit a report through the Citizens Portal. Critical infrastructure operators must report incidents within the timeframe set in the Cybercrime Act regulations; for general incidents we recommend reporting as soon as you confirm the event.
